Won't take phone calls or return a call as promised. Was told they would pick up the scooter, they never came or would answer my calls. Very uncaring business the just want money and don't care about handicapped people. Also going under another name, not sure if it is medical mobility or best buy medical mobibility. Credit card co confirms there are numerous complaint aobout planet mobility.
