Medical Mobility International is without a doubt Planet Mobility. I called Planet Mobility, to speak to Mr. Michael Woods CEO and HE ANSWERED THE PHONE "Medical Mobility International, how can I help you?" so the first post is most certainly true. He might be using different names for the owner of the company, but the same people still run and operate the office. This had to be Mr. Wood's only way out of the mess he was in. I called numerous times trying to contact Mr. Woods but I only was able to speak to "Brandy" for the longest time. It took me weeks to finally get into contact with Mr. Woods.
Who ever purchases a product from either of these companies NEEDS to be sure they are aware of the consiquences! I WISHED I WOULD HAVE CAME TO usacomplaints.com... Then I would have read all of the horrible things about Planet Mobility and known not to buy through them. I can't believe the poor people this man takes advantage of. I looked Mr. Woods up online to see if he really has that many law suits against him, HE DOES!!! He owes hundreds of thousands of dollars. He takes orders HE CAN NOT FILL.
DON'T CHANCE IT! No matter how much you think you could save, in the end, you end up spending SOO MUCH MORE! (either in time, shipping charges, or NOT GETTING YOUR PRODUCT)
