Bought a Lexus Light scooter costing over $1500.00 in Nov '09

Canceled before order was shipped and told it was not ordered. It arrived 3 days later, called the next day to have them pick it up, no warranty card which was suppose to be for 3 yrs, did not come with all they promised, lacked power to go up incline on my street. Planet mobility said someone would come to pick it up in 3 days, they never came. Called the company over and over and finally got a live person who told me to have my credit card co dispute the charge. My credit card company told me I had to wait two weeks. Meanwhile I kept calling the company, no live persons, no return calls as promised by Planet Mobility. My credit card co told me there were numerous complaints about the company. I have temporarily had this charge removed until this is settled between credit card co and planet mobility. This is a very unstable co and also goes under another name. It is now over 30 days
