On 1/5/09, I filed a claim for unemployment compensation, but on 1/8/09, I did not receive a payment. When I went to the automated system I was unable to get assistance, either the line was busy, or I was disconnected because of call volumn. I initially filed for compensation on 8/17/08 and have been receiving regular payments ever since. The automated system indicated that the last payment I received was on 12/22/08 and the next time I am to file is 1/19/09. Furthermore the system will not allow me to re-file for 1/5/09 anf therefore, I am not being compensated for the weeks filed for on 1/5/09. Will you please help me recieve the compensation I rightfully deserve. Thank you.
