On 1/5/09, I submitted my claim for unemployement compensation, but did nto receive a payment. I filed my initial claim on 8/17/08 and have been receiving payments every since, however, this time no check was sent and I cannot speak to a real person becacus of the autnomated system. I cannot file again until 1/19/09, Iam not sure if I will be compensated for the payment not received. The system indicates that the last payment I recieved was 12/22/08, so there must be an indication that I completed a claim for 1/5/09. Please hepl me get the compensation I rightfully deserve.
