On 1/5/09, I filed a claim for unemployment compensation payment, but did not receive the payment on 1/8/09 as usual. I attempted to call the agency via the automated phone system, but was unable to get through, because of a continous busy signal. My initial claim was filed on 8/17/09 and last payment was received on 12/22/08. The online system indicated that my next claim is to be filed on 1/19/09, but there no indication about the payment missed forthe 1/5/09 filing. Can you please help me receive the payment I rightfully due. Thank you.
