The Grant University
Beware! Draper Utah

I will not waste anyones time by saying what these scammers did to me because it seems to be pretty standard for all of us who have been taken by this "company". You order a cd for 1.98 which some of us get (non-working) or don't get the cd at all. After 7 days get charged 69.95 for a crappy website that does nothing without the cd's, at this point you try and get in contact with the said company only to find yourself arguing with someone in another country who basically tells you to go stuff it, YOU accepted the terms and conditions. Which must be written ant sized by the way. When you ask for a supervisor they once again feed you a bunch of garbage and tell you there is no supervisor to help you with the claim. You can cry, scream, be nice, be beligerant, but to no avail. NO ONE WILL HELP!

Well I found a way to at least get a partial refund for your money with their own policy which is as follows:
"To cancel your subscription to The Grant University for any reason please contact us at 1-877-207-1615 or e-mail us at [email protected]. And keep the Quick Start CD-ROM as our free gift to you. The Grant University's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, shall be a prorated refund of the monthly subscription price paid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable."

They will refund the moneys for the amount of days left in the month for the membership. Read it to them WORD for WORD. You can almost hear them shrinking in their seats

Don't waste your time talking to them, just read them THEIR policy and somehow magically the elf supervisor appears from the netherworld and refunds your money in a period of 24-48 hrs. It is very satisfying to do so after you have been told a bazillion times that they can't (won't) refund your money. Don't let them tell you that the prorated refund includes the 7 day FREE trial, hence the word free...

After this if you have not already been taken for the additional 29.95 (ideal wealth builder) cancel your card, it really is the only way to stop these scammers.

I really hope this helps someone, I wish I had read this Info sooner, we all are looking for ways to improve our lives, and it just saddens me that people are willing to take someones hard earned money for nothing.
Good Luck
