I paid $2.95 for a free CD from Grant University but did not receive it in the 7 to 10 days as promised. Then these people charged my Credit Card $69.95 for a free trial service I did not order. I called them and they refused to refund my money. The supervisor also refused my money and refused to let me talk to the manager. The supervisor and manager are in Porto Rico. This company's mailing address is Grant Univ., 128 E 12300 Suite C, Draper UT 84020 and the physical address is 450 Hillside Dr., Bldg. B suite 200, Mesquite, NV 89027. When I contacted my credit card company, they actually gave me the phone number for the Grant Research Company. With several hours of phone calls I got the correct phone number of Grant University but still did not get my money refunded. These people are working out of the U.S. But have offices in the U.S. I understand that in the United States, a person who purchases something door to door or on the internet has 10 business days to cancel the order. 7 business days would be Oct. 27 and 10 business days would be Oct. 31. Either way, I am in the legal time allowed by federal law. Grant University, however, has refused to refund my money. These people take money but make it hard, if not impossible, to do business with them. Stay away from Grant University by all means.
