I ordered P90X dvds on December 3rd in paid 88.99 with my credit card, and received my parcel on 11th. But the item I got was obviously used dvds (poor quality) and I found many pages of the online books missing!!!
I contacted them and they asked me to send it back to the address provided and include a note with my name and order number as well as a receipt of my postage fee so that they can refund me in full.
According to the tracking number, the item is out of delivery, but they have not responded despite of my numerous emails (there is no phone number provided). Today, I sent them another email saying that I would be seeking legal advice and there will be consequences that they wouldn't like. I need my money back. Please help me.
