Pirated dvd's, no response from customer service

I purchased some Thrilled DVDs months 1-8 like a Holiday contained in 2006 for my spouse. A number of these dvds didn't perform in virtually any of my dvd players (they stated they were all area free). These were packed in plastic sleeves a no literature or id about the disks. These dvds had inadequate display quality and that I realized that on months 7 and 8 that there is a WB emblem from the Ny stop that will seem from time to time. The final two months seem to have now been documented illegally. After worrying to customer support, I had been provided a return handle and informed that I really could deliver them to China to get a return. It had been very costly to ship these dvds offshore, but I did so it anyhow mainly since I had been so upset within the quality of the item. The dvds were designed to get to 6-8 months. After 2 weeks passed, I start delivering several emails requesting the standing of my return and that I was usually provided exactly the same solution, 'we've not obtained your return however.' Effectively six months after I'd delivered these dvds to China, the bundle was delivered in my experience and noted 'unclaimed'. Going back 2 weeks, I've delivered many emails to customer support but still haven't gotten an answer.
