I pre-ordered 4 DVDs on 10/15. They withdrew the money from my credit card account, but they never sent the DVDs. Whenever I contacted them, via on-site email, they reported that they had a supplier problems and that my DVDs was on the way. After waiting six weeks and I hadn't received the DVDs, I followup with another on-site discussion with them and I was told, they are having problems, quit hassling them, and I will get them when I get them. I told them to send the DVDs or return my money to my account. Neither one happen. Today, I was going to pursue this once again, but decided what's the use, and I filed this report.
