I purchased the set of P9OX videos as a gift for my son for Christmas. I ordered them on the 5th of December. I was notified that they were shipped on the 8th of December. After not receiving the DVDS by the 18th (10 days) I started emailing the company to inquire where how they were shipped of if there had been a problem. I emailed them a total of 4 times in hopes that that could help me. They never responded to any of the emails. It is now Dec. 24th. I emailed them this morning.
I decided to start checking on the company and found them in the complaint. My heart sank. My son now has nothing to open this year and I am out nearly $100.00 AND they have my credit card number.
I hope this all turns out well for me but I don't see that happening.
Do not use this company, they will take your credit card number and you will never hear from them again. I hope the law enforcement can catch them and punish them to the fullest extent of the law.
