First of all, there was a 139.95 charge on my checking account. I am a stickler for balances and immediately knew that I had not paid a bill or purchased anything for that amount.
I went to my bank web-site, where I found a number to call.
They would give me no information, I insisted on a refund, they hem-hawed around and I still have no idea what they did.
This is horrible, having the ability to rip-off people at the touch of a button, and not being able to receive a refund in the same amount of time.
I want to know how this company can possibly get away with this and what can be done to receive a refund, as well as put them out of business.
This should not happen.
