I have used programs from Uniblue before, purchased 2 different programs on different dates. They sent an offer with the 3rd program included as a suite. I bought the trio. Ever since then, I get nothing but errors, and none of the programs work correctly anymore.
I have been continuously contacting them since October. They keep coming back with "try this" or "try that", all of which I did. They apparently dont seem to put much into customer service! I have asked on more than 2-3 occasions for a phone number, but all I get back is the same stupid greeting. If it's being such a problem to remove the leftover files, I would recommend that you leave them there as long as the Uniblue programs themselves are no longer loading and interfering with your work.
