Cleverbridge Compnay refuses to refund amount that was double-chargedin error

Company refuses to refund 29.95 for an obvious double-billing for System Tweaker, claiming it is beyond the 30 day limit. Total unreasonableness in the face of a clear mistake. I recommend that anyone reading this avoid dealing with this company that values money more than fairnessto the customer.
