I am working with a lender in FLA and He needed the documentaion by Thursday. These where date sensitive. They e-mailed the label I called DHL to pick up the package and ordered the envelope to put the doc's in. It was set for PU before 3pm. He said that he rang the bell an no answer so he left a tag. I was here waiting.
I called DHL back and they sent him the same driver back he came to a screeching hult in front of my home slammed it in park the van shook. He came around mubbling something and very mad he had to come back. I asked for the envelope and he said he gave out his last one. I was shocked. He then said that I would have to send in tomorrow and he left. I called the DHL and file a complaint against the driver. They said that they would set up a PU for the next morning and she (customer service lady) was great to me on the phone. She said that the MGR would be calling to speak to me. He called but I was busy with the kids (disabled) and did not get the phone in time. He left a message I saved. He said he was sorry for the problems and that I could call him if I have anymore issues. The same driver came the next day and He had the envelope. We had a few words like I hope your having a better day today. He looked at me and said I had a great day yesterday. He took the package and left. The next day the package was put on my porch with a note from the MGR "We need to have The Orginal AirBill not a copy. THX DHL MGMT." So needless to say he thinks that he hurt me with the package being late, but he only hurt his company. I called Gabriel Jordan back and he said that he would send a outside courier to PU the letter on Saturday That he did not know who my driver is. We will see. DHL is the worst company I have ever worked with and the driver is the problem he doesn't like to do his job. If you are not a big company just an individual person they don't care about you. They feel that my business is to small to care about. I will never use that company for any reason I will pay to send my paperwork with UPS or FEX or the Post office. I will tell all my friends about this and I will blog it when ever I can. Do not use dhl... If anything happens to my family or home everyone will know who did it.
