On December 10th I ordered over the internet a Blu-ray player. Around the 12th I e-mailed them stating that I had no tracking # and haven't received the product but they charged my credit card for it. They replied later that they had requested them (ups?) for a number. I still never got one, so I e-mailed them again but no reply. Next I called them and they said they couldn, t give information over the phone about shipping this was automated response. It is now the 26th of December and I don't have the player and can, t reach a live person over the phone. They prompt you to an extension but nothing happens, when I called them last. They have refused to respond to my last e-mail about 3 days ago. I want a refund and no Blu-ray player and will never buy anything from this company again. I hope this will help others who might buy from them to reconsider before they place an order.
