On 7-23-03 i placed and order for a PLYE CD/CASSETTE DOUBLE DIN PLAYER # PLCDCS300. I received the order on 8-04-03, I noticed it was the wrong size, I needed the din and a half. I called autoronics at 18006865886 and explaned the situation to them, they said, ok just return it with a note saying what I wanted to exchange the cd player for.
On 08-04-03 I returned the cd / cassette player with a note saying that I wanted to exchange the PLYE CD/CASSETTE DOUBLE DIN PLAYER # PLCDCS300 for the PLYE CD/CASSETTE 1.5 DIN PLAYER #PLCDCS200. On 08-06-03 Autoronics received my order and it was signed by a employee Altman (package was sent through UPS).
A month went by no word from Autoronics, after three months went by I called autoronics and spoke with someone, I gave them the tracking number, and who signed for the package. They advised that they would get back with me. Since then it has been over a year I can't reach them at the 1800 number or the 7186861126 number, and they will not answer their email either. The cd/cassette player was $176.50, all I want is either the cd/cassette player or my money back.
