I ordered the movie downloads by mistake - the box for movies was pre-check-marked and I didn't notice it until the "reciept page" said I'd been charged $49.44. I submitted an e-mail immediately, asking to cancel the order, that I'd intended to order the music download service, which I went ahead and ordered. ($24.34)
After following all the directions, we prepared to download some music onto my husbands' MP3 player - only to discover the player is not compatable with my iMac... The music service cannot be used.
