Buyer beware! Before you order from this company, make sure your player accepts the merchandise sold

DVD's ordered from this company do not work in my DVD player.
When asked for an 800# or procedures for reimbursement, my request was not responded to, or any form of customer service was not provided.

I was not warned of any player problems or the fact that I might have to purchase a new player to simply watch the movies I ordered.
