Hello. I just want consumers to know of a unjustified fraudulent transaction that took place this week. My son wanted to propose to his girlfriend over Christmas. So I helped him to purchase a ring over the t.V., through a live auction on Sunday Dec. 21st. Just 4 days ago. Which I had bid on a ring that was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Eve. We totally believed this to be true, as it was after all the ring we were bidding on, supposed to be the only ring that was available. We even recorded the show to look back at what he had purchased for his girl. As he was so excited to be able to ask her to marry him. And I was so thrilled for him. As I have been sick for a few years with cancer problems, and spinal problems that have made it so that I have become disabled for almost 9 years now. And my son had to live with his dad in another state, until this past August. Due to my illness. I was happy and excited over being able to have my first Christmas with my son in years, and I felt his excitement to be able to ask his girl for her hand in marriage. Only to find out that he ring was never there to begin with. Even though they had stated it was. And that he would get it in time for Christmas. They have a hold on his money, which will not be capable of being refunded to him in time to try to even look for and purchase another gift for her. With this now being the 24th of Dec. At 11 A.M., and with no money to try and even go to find something else. And these people seem to care less, that they have fraudulently committed this act. I am heart broken over it. Unable to do anything else for him for his girlfriend, as we were already hurting financially due to being hit by hurricane Ike in September. Where we lost half of what we even owned. And I was trying to make Christmas a good thing. And praying that all was going to get better. Only to have this all transpire on us. And these people could care less that they have ruined our Christmas. And I feel like these people need to be stopped with being able to be in business when they are misrepresenting what they say they are going to do. We totally counted on this company to come through with what we had purchased from them. And they never tried to even call to say they did not have the product in stock. And that they were waiting its arrival to them before we could even expect to receive the ring, let alone in time for Christmas. As a mom, I am so deeply saddened by this whole ordeal. Its quite the mess. And I cant make it all okay. I want these people to be charged with fraud. And for the pain and suffering they are causing me and my son today, and this Christmas holiday. That they have now ruined. Please get the word out there about this company, so nobody else needs to go though this pain, like we are today. I wish that somehow a miracle would happen. To make it possible to make everything better. Because I have my hands tied here, with his money tied up with them trying to get a refund, that will now take 5-7 days to replace our money. And I dont have the extra to make it any better for him somehow. The only thing that can even remotely make things right in some little way is to see to it that no one else goes through the hell these people are putting us through today. Thanks for nothing.
