I have been having issues with my samsung printer since April Purchased Feb. 2008
Every 2 months we have a printer down.
It is crucial to our businessThe samsung support constantly replies they will contact us, no one follows through so you have issues for weeks and on hold for may hours a day just to be told they will contact you.
I urge everyone to NOT BUY SAMSUNG Products They seem to have issues, whether its a printer phone or TV
