I bought a Samsung CLP-610ND laser printer in September on Circuitcity.com. There was a $100 manufactures rebate for the printer. I sent all the rebate paperwork in less than a week after purchase.
It is now almost March and I still have not received my rebate check. I've sent several e-mails (customer. Service@cs. Rebatestatus.com). The first 4-5 e-mails all I get is a automated response that states that I should get my rebate in 6-12 weeks and to check their website http://samsungelectronics. Rebatestatus.com for updates. They stopped replying to my e-mails.
I tried calling the number listed in their e-mail replies and all I get is that the number is no longer in service.
