Rebate Samsung Printer Offered Circuit City rebate filed in August, acknowledged they have it, simply not sending $

I purchased a Samsung Monochrome laser printer for $70 rebate. Submitted paperwork. Supposed to be 6-8 weeks. Filed in August. Each time I check it shows paperwork there but no action. Talked to rep said my stuff fine and check to come soon. No Check
