I placed a order on Nov. 30 I receive it a week later. I called to cancell on dec. 10th i spoke with someone an he said that my order would be cancelled and I wouldnt be charged and he gave me a cancellation number. Well to my surprise I checked my bank acct. On dec. 18th an I had been charged $87.13. I called the next morning on dec. 19 an all I got was the run around they couldnt find my info. Or their system is being updated I called allday long an got no results. I have been leaving messages over an over again since. I asked them how its so easy that them have no problem taking my money but when I need a refund they cant find my info. This is bogus.
