These people are hostile when confronted. When I told them that fradulent activity had been taken against my account and I did not want any funds taken from my account they said in order me to get my money back, they had to file a fraud report of their own, that I should report this to my police dept and then I could get my $79.95 returned to me. Their bank is Interstate Net Bank, from Cherry Hill, NJ. I Contacted the Fraud dept at Bank of America immediately, and filed a claim againt them. Bank of America was extremely helpful to me in this regard and was able to put a stop payment on this right away. It is nerve wracking, upsetting and time consuming to call so many telepone numbers, along with addressing this company, who could care less. Now Bank of America is aware and will monitor my account for fradulent activity. Be aware and be careful.
