Paid for a quarterly subscription for article distribution on 12/10/08.in order to use the service a confirmation e-mail must be received and responded to. No confirmation e-mail was ever received. On 12/11/08 a trouble ticket was submitted and there has been no response. On 12/17/08 a second trouble ticket was submitted requesting a refund and still no response. On 12/18/08 a voicemail was submitted (they do not answer the phone) requesting a refund, however the message indicates that they will not call you back but rather will create a trouble ticket on your behalf!
