GoFreelance lured me in with a free week. I was not able to sign in so I wrote a trouble ticket. Note: their trouble ticket system is a "trial" system. I got an automated email back that said they had received the trouble ticket. I waited. Nothing else came. I tried to sign in again and could only get on the employer's site (I'm looking for work, not offering it.) I went to the trouble ticket site but the ticket had been closed!
They charged my PayPal account for a month's membership on the 7th day - one day early for the free week subscription. I opened another trouble ticket to refund the payment and cancel the membership seeing as it never worked.
No reply. No refund. No service.
