I found suspicious charges on my cell phone bill. When I investigated the detail I found the charges originated with a company called GoLiveMobile. I called their customer support line and was immediately told that they have a "No Questions asked" refund policy. They simply asked me to enter a trouble ticket and I would be paid in "2 weeks". I entered the trouble ticket and got a confirmation that payment was being processed.
Over the course of a year I repeatedly followed up by phone and on the trouble ticket and I was always reassured that, although there was a delay processing the refund, it was on its way. I was suspicious from the very first engagement that they were counting on me giving up and/or forgetting the claim. But they don't even bother to respond to the ticket any more.
