I purchased this simulator, it says right on the website as well as the purchase that there is a 100% money back guarantee. There are no numbers to call these people. The program did not work with my computer and I submitted a ticket to get a refund 2 days after the purchase. I have now submitted multiple tickets and get the same response from a Lisa that there must be a problem with the ticket system. They refuse to give me a number to call to get this rectified. It is now 3/7 and still have got no further than when I submitted the ticket. Do not buy from this scam company and report any unlawful actions right away!!!
