I wish I had done a little homework on this company! I hope I'm wrong, but I'm fearing the worst that this company is a scam. I've seen other complaints, and based on the lack of customer service I've received, it confirms their complaints. No phone number to call, and even when you email their customer service department, you get absolutely no response. I understand it's the holiday season and things are busy, but all I'm looking for is an update or status on my order. I do a lot of internet shopping and no other company has this slow of response time.
