This company's customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. The only way to complain is in writing via email or letter. They respond via email it will be resolved within 60 days. The actual process takes more than 80days of which noone ever contacts you to speak to you. Their customer service representatives (who apparently dont have a supervisor) give you different and misleading information everytime you call, which speaks to VERY poor training. The end result is I have lost $307.00. I am appalled at their lack of care for their customers.
