I ordered an item from ebrandsmall.com on Monday, 11/17. I have tried contacting the company three times about this order and have not gotten a response. Email is the only possible route of communication as the company has no phone number. On the site is says "we apologize, we are experiencing forwarding issues with our phone line. PLEASE CONTACT US BY WRITING TO US BELOW."
I have called by bank to stop payment, but since ebrandsmall.com hasn't actually deducted money for my order yet, there's nothing they can do.
I'm very concerned this company is an online scam and now has my payment information to use or sell fraudently.
