Wow I dont even know where to start with this company. Well lets start by saying I was there for almost a year and it was the biggest waste of a year of my life. There are promises of "Management" and "Financial Freedom" by Mike Kriss, Ellen Winter, and all the other bs "owners" of these places that will promise everything and you will get nothing or nowhere. I worked under Mike Kriss, the only man in the world who can effectively treat people like slaves and get away with it that I know of. Then he calls it a "5 step" because he can "5 step" anyone into doing whatever he wants them to do. You will go in for a 1st round interview that will take about 3 minutes then they will tell you that they are interviewing 20-30 people and only going to bring back 5-6 for the 2nd round interview (trust me ive done the interviews They call everyone back but anyway) then you will come back for the 2nd round interview and meet a random person that will "show you why fortune 500 clients like Disney, Warner Bros., Samsonite, the NFL, Major League Baseball, Lowes, Home Depot, and Sams Club want to do business with us. (Bullshit they dont want to do business with us we pay them a percentage of what we make in their stores). - YOU WILL HEAR THIS VERBATIM TRUST ME - "Now out of all of the candidates you see here, I only plan to bring back 3 or 4 for the final interview and only 1 or 2 will get the position so put you're best foot forward (acount managers name) opinion means the world to me... Good Luck" Now you will go to a location that has been assigned to this "Top Account Manager" that they have set you up with and on the way there they will ask you questions that have absolutely nothing to do with a job interview, that mean absolutely nothing and are irrelevant. Now they will try to establish a "Fear of Loss" they will tell you they only hire 1 or 2 people out of all of those candidates B*T THEY HIRE EVERYONE.
Anyway you will go try to sell whatever dollar store quality product they have come up with now for 5,10, or 20 dollars and they will ask you 30-40 times throughout the day if you are having fun doing this. Fxxx no it sucks. Unless you go to a retail store than you will be selling makeup, entertainment packeages that no one buys or trying to sign people up for kitchen upgrades, or Directv. They will sit you down a lunchtime to do the "lunchtime breakdown" where they will explain the "opportunity" THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY. Anyway they will tell you its a 4-6 month training program and they are well on their way to completing it BUllshit they arent even close. (No one in that business has gone anywhere for the last 3 years under Mike Kriss because he is a money hungry j* who will work you 70-80 hours a week for a small percentage of whatever you sell and he takes the rest. Thats how affords the car he makes sure he brings to everyone attention. He takes money that from your sales and you get peanuts compared to what you should get.) But you will go back to the office in Addison around 6 and sit in the lobby and take a 13 question questionnaire they will teach you the 5 steps and REHASH throughout the day and thats two of the answers that they will "GIVE" you. Once you fiinish the questionnaire whjoever took you on your "Interview" will come and get it from the lobby and take in into and office and proceed to not read it just scribble all over it with red marker and than come into the lobby call you outside and ask you 3 things that will seperate you from all the candidates you see in the lobby. (you could tell them that you will kill all of them and it wouldnt matter because its just a head game they play with you for "FEAR OF LOSS"). Than you will be called into another office to be "CLOSED" they will go through a bunch of crap about the day and based upon your interviewers recommandation you got the job and they are going to take you under their wing and personally teach you and train you. TRUST ME I BOUGHT INTO THE CULT THAT THIS PLACE TURNED OUT TO BE AND THOUGHT I WOULD BE A "MANAGER" YYYYYYYYYYYOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUU WWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNTTTTTTT if you are there now leave and if you have an interview dont go, and if you do go look back at this report and tell me if it didnt go the exact way i explained. Look out because they prey on people in an economy like were in now... EVERYONE IN THE ADDISON OFFICE KNOWS WHO I AM AND MIKE KRISS WOULD ALWAYS SAY "Anyone can write anything they want on the internet and those people on consumer complaints never put their names so how credible is it?"
