I seen many reviews on this new and exciting acai berry, with claims of weight loss, more energy, softer skin, helps with arthiritis ect... They offer a free trial of 30 days with just the payment of shipping and handling. So i decided to give it a try. After 2 weeks i noticed no difference i felt no better than i did after taking anything else on the market. So i tried to call customer service to cancel the order of the product to say i didn't like it and wanted no more. And there is the catch... You can't call customer service. I have been calling their number for over 2 weeks now and no one answers the phone. It is a recording, it plays a song, and then disconnects the call. So now they are taking money from my bank account without my permission. They have taken 88.62 so far, and i have no way to contact them to get the money back or make them stop. I've called 2 different numbers for the company both 800 numbers that are bogus. I've send email, with no return reply gotten and i've tried their live chat. No one ever comes to chat. This is a scam and a total ripoff that is going on in florida. They are crooks, offering a product to try and saying you can cancel at anytime. But you can't cancel because you cannot get ahold of anyone to do so. They just keep stealing money from your bank account.
