I bought a new laptop toshiba brand A-200 last october 25 (if not mistaken) in cash assuming everything works perfectly, but when i got home the mouse wasnt moving at all, so the ff. G afternoon i went back to have it checked or repair.
I surrender the laptop as well as the power cord/cable and the battery release lock. It took 5 weeks to have it done, so yesterday i went back to get my laptop. Unfortunately i noticed that the mouse is not working properly and the power cord/cable as well as the battery release lock is missing. I told them i am sure i surrendere everything except the box and the manual. But no one sems to care. So i just bought a new corded mouse so that i can fianlly use my laptop.
I am writing to you hoping that at least someone would care, becausei am a good customer i paid in cash i waited and expect a good news in return but i still get nothing.
Please help me! This is the first time this thing happened to me and i am angry for the inconvenience they made.
