When i found out that my phone service had been disconnected i went and called this company and paid my bill over the phone. After i did that the customer service rep told me that my phone would be cut back on in 23-48hrs. Ok i have had to call them everyday last week when my phone was not cut back on. After i kept on getting excuses my phone was still not cut on, so i called again on saturday and another person told me that my phone was to be cut back on on 12/8/09 by 8pm ok so today is the 9th and my phone service is still not reconnected and all i keep getting is excuses. This phone company is not honoring the services that they are advertising to customers.
