I live in a small rural community where our mail is delivered to po boxes. The last few months the UPS partnered with our Post Office to finish delivering packages. Our post office will only deliver items baring a po box #. Since most companies that ship with UPS only put the street address on items, the post office immediately ships the items back. They say that it is a regulation and that they are too understaffed to look up our addresses. So every person I have talked to has had packages returned lately.in the month of April I had 3 items returned. Our church had one that never got back to the original company and they sent us two bills, one for each time they shipped the item. This is terrible service. I would like the UPS to immediately stop using the Post Office to complete its job. You are failing all your customers - both shippers and receivers. Until the USPO can complete its half of your bargain, please bring us our packages. Thanks,
