Charging additional fee for a u. S warranty, not issuing a receipt or invoice

These people refused to even acknowlege my 2 e-mails and phone call requesting a receipt or invoice. They also demanded extra payment if i wanted a U.S. Warranty from sony, which i felt compelled to pay even though their was nothing in their website or ad warning of this. I feel that this is a total ripoff.
