I bought a new 50 inch HD Plasma on 4-08-10 with a two year factory warranty.in Feburary of 2010 I reported a picture failure to LG. They refused warranty work because I did not have the original receipt.
I found the receipt on 11-01-10 and sent it to LG. Now they refuse to repair the TV because it is out of warranty; even though I reported the problem WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, and they have record of it.
