I paid for parking $13 on Dec 4th. They give me back a ticket and i thought it was a receipt and then when i go out the machine took it and it is gone. So it left me without any receipt. I came back on the 5th to request for a receipt the parking manager told me i should have ask for it on the 4th and not is on the 5th he cannot do anything. I told him that i pay with cash and they should give a receipt in the first place. He say nope and they have no record of what car came and and so. This is ridiculas means they can just take the $13 and said that no one paid for it. Im really Unhappy with his attidude in treating his customer. And i work in an office in the building. I would like them to at least give a receipt when customer paid in cash or ask because not everyone knows the receipt looking card is not a receipt.
