I went downtown friday June 2 payed to park in central parking and payed $10.00 in cash for 24Hr. Parking. When I return to my car it was booted. I had seven kids with me, we got at the park 10:14 am and left at 1:30 pm I called the number on the paper that was on my window. I told him i have my ticket it was in the car. When the agent arrive I showed him the receipt he told me that I got this receipt from someone else. He also said that I was going in and out.
I took seven kids to the water fall three toddlers and 4 school age. We had coolers lunch bags and toys, once we got to the park we didn't leave until after we ate lunch. I was trying to explain to him he wouldn't listen, he just kept making up anything he can think of that was not true. I called the police they arrive and said they couldn't do anything be cause this was private property I showed him my receipt, but the only thing he suggest was to go make a compalint at the police department 3493 Donald Lee Hollowell. I ask the agent to double check because I Knew he had made a mistake he said ok but then he said the machine wouldn't let him. I waited in the sun for over and hour with seven kids I had to put them in the car and run the car so they could stay cooled. The agent left and came back and said it's nothing he can do, so I had to pay 75:00 to get the booted of my car. It's just not right for them to just booted your car because they want to.
