Kohl's
No Returns without receipt

I went to kohls in doylestown and I was tring to return a coat that I paid $30 for but I couldn't find the receipt. So I went to KOHLS IN DOYLESTOWN PA, and the coat was in clearance for $27. When I went to customer service they wanted to give me $9 for the coat, just because I didn't have a receipt. It was really stupid!!! I talked to the manager and she told me to go and find the receipt. I hate kohls in doylestown!!!
