Cigarettes were ordered two months ago and a money order sent. To date, no merchandise has been received. Repeated e-mails have gone unanswered, and telephone service is merely a recording that all agents are busy and orders are being processed as quickly as possible. Up until October, I had dealings that were good; but do not know what has happened to make them so unresponsive in the last two months. Other consumer complaints indicate a fraudulent business. Does anyone know what's going on?
