Cd2u I ordered cigarettes about a week and a half ago, I got my confirmation, they said my cigarettes were on the way, I still don't have them, I was charged for them, I can't get through on their phone

I have ordered from dbestone.com before with no problem, up until now. I ordered my cigarettes approximately 2 weeks ago, I was charged through my credit card, was given a confirmation of my order, they told me my cigarettes were on the way. I still have no cigarettes and they have a recording on their phone number. I can't leave a message, then I just get disconnected.
