Because of a finance crunch (I was laid off 6 months ago) I went online to find cheaper cigarettes and found top-cigarettes. I ordered 8 cartons for $139.82 on July 17th.
The order was approved and my money was taken from my bank account on July 24th and I got a message saying they would send me the tracking number when it was shipped. I got the shipping notification on August 4th (without a tracking number) and as of today September 4 I haven't received my order.
I sent several emails to their supposed support center and have not gotten an answer, so it looks like they just took my money and are now ignoring me.
