I ordered 6 cartons of winston cigarettes on the 2nd. Of october. I was told by their contract, it would take anywhere from 15-30 days for them to be delivered to me. After repeated efforts to the owner (mr. Goodman) asking him to send me my order or money, there has been absolutly "no" respond of any kind from him or anyone from his company. I want to know what i can do to get my money back from this con artist.
