We purchased the sampler on Feb 2 and have never used the resort or its amenities. We never received any of our gifts and have been paying for something we believe is a rip-off. We also just had a new baby on 11/9 so right now is not the time to try and take a vacation. We would like the $1000 back to use for something more important to us than a sampler pack for a resort we do not intend to visit or a timeshare we cannot afford at this time.
