My wie and I visited Mystic Dunes on a reduced rate plan. We were aware that we would be subjected to a timeshare sales presentation that would be very high pressure. After our tour and the usual high pressure tactics we were approached with a "Vacation Sampler" sales pitch. We were told that we coud get access to the Interval International vacation getaway program in addition to a price lock on a time share and another visit to Mystic Palms.in addition we were shown a book with all the wonderful places we cound visit. Since we travel a good deal we were interested in this as a possible money saving ooportunity.
We were promised (and the literature stated) the getaway material would arrive in 30 - 45 days. The time came and went and we beacme concerned. It finally arrived over sixty days from purchase. Whe we wen on line to register we wee directed to the Leisure Time passport site. When we tried to locate resorts we were surprised to find a VERY limited selection. As an example when we searched for resorts in Florida (Samibel, Ft Myers, Sarasots, Upper Keys, there is only one resort available in the next year. We are very dissapointed and feel that we are victims of fraud.
Lesson Learned BUYER BEWARE.
