I signed up for Directv because it was the only service available to me.in the beginning, I got a special start price (Yeah right). My bill has never been that price. Then they called and offered me movie package, stated everything was free but when the 4 months was up, I was billed 69.99 for NFL and they wouldn't give me my original package. Upon signing up they told me I would get my deposit back, (yeah right), they don't bother to inform you that you get it back in $5 increments through the duration of the services and if you leave prior to 3.3 years that you do not get any thing back it is forfeited. Every single month my bill has been incorrect. I have called and every single time which is monthly, I get a different answer every single time! They told me my bill needed to paid consistently so that they could see what my actual bill is, well I don't pay it consistently what they say because it is always wrong. I am also bundled which I don't receive all the discounts. They will credit you for something and then turn around and bill you for something else so you never receive credits. I called yesterday and informed them I was making a payment which I did and they said my services wouldn't be interrupted. Guess what, my services were interrupted and when I called they said oh, that can take up to 10 days to post (would have been nice to know prior to paying that I was still going to be interrupted. One day I called 5x to make my payment, the CSR stated "I dont' have to restore your services and hung up on me." I have paid so much more than bills should have been. I am losing more than 120.00 with the deposit although my year contract is up. This TRULY is the worst company ever and I highly suggest to check all your bills if you have them and if your thinking of using this company, I highly recommend that you stay away from them. This is NOT a company you want to do business with.
